UK CML patient Survey
This survey has been designed to better understand some of the issues facing CML patients, specifically those living in the UK. The survey is being hosted by Sigma Research Ltd on behalf of Pfizer Ltd., and should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. All participants must be 18 or over and have been diagnosed with CML.
Anonymity and confidentiality of all responders is assured. Survey results will be fully protected and cannot be attributed to any individual. Personal details of responders will not be shared with either the survey sponsor nor any other third party, including the CML Support Group.
