CML Patient & Carers Meeting at Hammersmith Hospital

Saturday 15th October 2016 at 10am for 10.30am – 1.00pm.
An informal meeting for leukaemia patients and/or their carers to meet with others who know what it is like to live with leukaemia. Although this is run at Hammersmith. Leukaemia patients/carers from other hospitals are welcome to attend. Newly diagnosed patients are extremely welcome. Dr. Dragana Milojkovic, consultant haematologist and Irene Caballes, clinical nurse specialist, will talk about CML and any new treatments. Macmillan Cancer support will also be there to help with any advice regarding benefits etc. As this will be a very popular meeting,please email Steven at: stevendavies1920@gmail.com to confirm your place. This group is run in collaboration with Hammersmith Support Nurses and support of the Hammersmith team and Leukeamia Care . Tea, Coffee & Soft drinks and snacks will be provided. The date of the next meeting will be posted after we meet on 15th October 2016. FREE PARKING at rear of hospital in the park.
