Hammersmith CML Patient Carer Group Meeting Saturday 10th June 2017

EVERYONE WELCOME to the LEUKAEMIA PATIENTS SUPPORT GROUP, The CATHERINE LEWIS CENTRE Reception Area (entrance at rear of main Hospital) 

HAMMERSMITH HOSPITAL,

Du Cane Road,

London, W12 OHS. 

Saturday 10th June 2017 10am for 10.30am – 1.00pm.

This informal meeting is for leukaemia patients and/or their carers to meet and chat with others who know what it is like to live with leukaemia. Although this is run at Hammersmith Hospital Leukaemia patients/carers from other hospitals are very welcome to attend. Newly diagnosed patients are extremely welcome.

Professor Jane Apperley  lead consultant  and Irene Caballes, the clinical nurse specialist at the clinic, will talk about CML and any new treatments. Leukaemia Care and Gill Thomas from Macmillan  Support will also be there to help with any advice regarding benefits etc.

As this will be a very popular meeting, please email Steven Davies at: Stevendavies1920 @gmail.com to confirm your place, if you have not already done so. This group is run in collaboration with the Hammersmith Support Nurses with support of the Hammersmith team.

Tea, Coffee, Soft drinks and snacks are provided.  

FREE PARKING in the carpark at the rear of hospital.
