When I started this miracle drug Sprycel 2 months ago (100mg/1xdaily). My BMB showed 2% (infiltration?). I already had a months old — but thought it would go away — bit of minor cough. I have post nasal drip, here in florida a lot, never infection. Anyway, it hasn’t gone away and might be a bit worse, slight? but definite “popcorn” rattle. Non productive cough, tired by it end of day.
No trouble breathing. I did have pneumonia when I was a kid, and maybe once later. Not sick for decades, 2 years ago had “non- fever” flu (ER for vough suppressant and Tamiflu.)
I also have CLL (11q,13q, unmutated dx 9/2014) that’s not being treated at this time. I’m a patient of Dr Pinilla at Moffitt, Tampa.CML dx 12/2017.
I have notified, but I’m a bit worried anout this. unless I have a fever or infection I don’t think there’s anything they will do about it.
I’m a US veteran, but a bit scared. So I’m posting. While slightly reduced, they say my neutrophils should be fine/ok.
