Presume you are in UK and if so I have found World First to be willing to cover CML and also most conditions and ages;I was successful in making a claim as well so they do pay out .You will need to go through your situation over the phone and there will be a financial loading but in my experience that was fair and reasonable .A range of factors would influence the final premium such as age and other conditions that you declare.If is worldwide and especially if you intend to go to the USA any heart condition would attract a big loading for instance.

If they ask if you are undergoing any oral  chemotherapy I would be specific and say that you are being treated with targeted molecular therapy and cite the tki and the dose-this is always a tricky as some insurers would class targeted agents as being the same as oral chemotherapy and attract a higher loading.
