A little while ago Sandy posted about the new Blood Fund at the Hammersmith Hospital, supporting the haematology department that looks after so many of us so well, as well as doing key research and conducting clinical trials.
I have taken the plunge and am running the Brighton Marathon in support of the Blood Fund on 9 April, a decision I will no doubt regret on 10 April... Fundraising has gone pretty well but if anyone would like to support, details are above. The charity has little overhead so virtually everything goes directly towards funding the work of the charity and in my case, the haematology department.
