its been a month since my dad is on IMATINIB - 400mg.
his wbc count has come down to 2400 cells/cumm from 162571 and platelets count is 70000 cumm from 660000 after starting the tablets.
His RBC Count is 3.45 and his Haemoglobin has come down from 12.4 to 10.8.
And also THYROID results are quite high. He wasn't a thyroid patient before this.
His thyroid report shows this - TRI IODOTHYRONINE (T3) - 2.24 ng/ml
THYROXINE (T4) - 17.4
THYROID STIMULATING HARMONE(TSH)(ULTRA SENSITIVE) - 0.019
FREE T3 (FT3) - 6.53
FREE T4 (FT4)(ECLIA-ADVIA) - 2.66
Is thyroid common for CML Patients?
