Recently diagnosed with CML, I also have osteoarthritis. Had a right knee replacement about 8 years ago and on the list for a left one. Does anyone know what effect, if any, CML has on osteoarthritis?

For me, the osteoarthritis is as it always was. However, I cannot take any NSAID to control pain and inflammation. I have, to my amazement learned to live with it with small amounts of Tylenol, and when bad with hydrocodone. You need to work with your physician on managing the pain. My Internist is helpful.
